We use an online training platform for delivering customized training programs (weight loss, muscle gain, building strength, nutrition and Sports Performance)
Programs are delivered monthly through an app on your phone or tablet and tracked weekly with progression and regression as needed. Online Training includes instructional workout videos, monthly coaching calls, unlimited email access, weekly and daily motivation to stay on track. The app can also connect to your fitness apps and devices, such as myfitness pal and FitBit, for more tracking and accountability.

High School and College Program designed to develop strength, power, explosiveness, speed and agility. The program implements Olympic lifts, resistance and an advanced speed development system.
